My objective with this platform is to give you the tools and confidence needed to guide you through your transformation journey - because I have walked the path from the lowest point of my life. When I received the news I felt completely lost and knew that major changes were coming, not just with my health, but my career and everything else. It took a lot to pull myself out of that rut, but I made it! - and I also made a promise to myself that I would do everything in my power to help anyone who was ever put in a similar situation. Whether it's due to diagnosis, relationships, or personal struggles within, the feeling of being "stuck" does NOT have to paralyze you. I am committed to showing you how to leap over these hurdles, just as I did. You can (and will) live a fulfilling life.
